Terms of Service

BG Flow is a business operations service. The person accepting these Terms for a company confirms that they have authority to do so. Subscriber Owners and Admins control access, roles, technician seats, company settings, and connected services for their company.

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and access may not be sold, shared outside the subscriber’s authorized team, or used to access another company’s records.

Users may use BG Flow for lawful service-business operations. Users may not attempt to bypass permissions, probe or disrupt the service, introduce harmful code, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, misuse another person’s information, or use BG Flow in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

The subscriber retains responsibility for its company, employee, customer, job, financial, and inventory records. The subscriber grants BG Flow permission to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of its records, permissions from employees and customers, tax treatment, accounting decisions, trade compliance, and any professional judgment made using the service.

Connected services are optional and remain governed by their own terms and privacy practices. An authorized Owner or Admin must connect QuickBooks Online and deliberately initiate supported financial synchronization. BG Flow is not an accounting firm, tax advisor, payment processor, or a substitute for reviewing the company’s books.

Subscribers must review synchronized records in both systems. BG Flow may block unsupported corrections, provider mismatches, duplicate risks, expired authorization, or unsafe requests and require manual reconciliation. QuickBooks is a service of Intuit Inc.; BG Flow is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit.

Trial timing, plan limits, optional features, and paid terms are those shown in the subscriber’s approved order, onboarding record, or current BG Flow plan information. A trial does not guarantee ongoing free access. BG Flow may change or retire features as the product develops, with reasonable notice when a change materially affects an active subscriber.

BG Flow is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it secure and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Subscribers should maintain appropriate business procedures and verify safety-critical, legal, tax, payroll, and accounting decisions independently.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BG Flow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss caused by subscriber data, devices, third-party services, or unauthorized account use.

BG Flow may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, address misuse or a security risk, comply with law, or enforce an applicable plan or agreement. Subscribers may request closure through support. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, confidentiality, audit, disclaimer, and liability provisions, continue to apply.

These Terms and any signed order or written subscriber agreement form the agreement for BG Flow use. If they conflict, the signed agreement controls for that subscriber. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
